Wuthering Heights, Brussels and a talk

Her Zindagi lists the '3 Best Tragedy Books Of All Time', and one of them is
Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë
This classic novel is about love, revenge, and social class, set on the Yorkshire moors. It focuses on the complicated relationship between Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff, an orphan taken in by Catherine's father. Although they deeply love each other, Catherine marries Edgar Linton, a wealthy neighbor, which drives Heathcliff to get revenge on both families. The story spans two generations, showing the impact of their decisions and how destructive obsessive love can be. (Aparna Sharma)
AnneBrontë.org posts 'The Brontë Brussels: Part Two' and the Brussels Brontë Blog tells about about a recent talk on Louise Heger by Belgian art historian Eline Sciot.
