Jane Eyre goes to Brazil

Let's begin with news for the Brazilian fans of Gordon and Caird's Jane Eyre musical. It looks like it will be premiered in 2009 (some sources point out to 24 September as a possible premiere date) in São Paulo. Enteatro posts some details. Saulo Vasconcelos translates the lyrics and plays Rochester and Sara Sarres plays Jane Eyre:

No Brasil, será trazido por Saulo Vasconcelos (de “O Fantasma da Ópera”) e Sara Sarres (de “West Side Story”), que compraram os direitos juntos e irão protagonizar. Ele no papel de Edward Fairfax Rochester e ela no papel de Jane Eyre.
