On a day like today, we have only one Brontë alert: the reopening of the Brontë Parsonage Museum:
We want your day at the Parsonage to be happy, interesting, and run smoothly, so everything you need to know to plan your visit is here.

Opening Times 2015

The Museum and Shop will be open every day from:
10am - 5.30pm (last admission 5.00pm) April to October
10am - 5pm (last admission 4.30pm) November to March
except 24-27 December, 2015, and January 4-31, 2016 (Museum open New Year's Day 12 noon to 5pm).
Last admission to Museum is half an hour before closing.

Main exhibition
February 1-March 12, The Brontës and Animals (Bonnell Room)
March 16-2016,           The Brontës, War and Waterloo

  1. Spring must be on its way if the Bronte Parsonage is open again! How lovely it looks with a sprinkling of icing sugar. I used to live near enough to visit regularly, but am too far away now, sadly. Perhaps we'll make it when we visit Yorkshire in the summer.
