Today, April 1, there is a new chance to listen to Philip Wilby's A Brontë Mass as performed by the Black Dyke Band in Halifax:

Celebrating the essence of Yorkshire the poetry of the Brontës is combined with the text of the Latin Mass. The Halifax Choral Society are joined by Black Dyke Band and Sheffield Philharmonic Chorus.
The concert also features Bruckner's Four Sacred Motets and a very special band-only work.
The concert will have some special guests as Diane Lawrenson's Three Sisters bronze sculptures will be at the theatre. Keighley News reports:
Charlotte, Emily and Anne Bronte will be special guests at a concert in their honour on April 1.
Life-size sculptures of the three famous writers will greet the audience as they arrive to hear the Bronte Mass.
Diane Lawrenson’s bronze sculptures, entitled Three Sisters, will be at the Victoria Theatre, Halifax, from the previous day.
There will be another chance to listen to the Black Dyke Band and the Halifax Choral Society performing A Brontë Mass next April 28 in Sheffield.
